Best Wedding Italy is the brand of Travel Meeting dedicated to wedding planning and honeymoon organisation. We operate across the whole of Italy and internationally.
We specialise in destination weddings for both international and Italian clients who wish to celebrate their wedding in an extraordinary setting, with every detail tended to perfection.
Our story
It all began in 2008
Best Wedding Italy was founded in December 2008 by Claudia Beani, the company's owner, a wedding planner and event manager with a degree in economics and a master's in tourism and event management obtained in 2007.
A training expert, she has been teaching courses for aspiring event organisers and wedding planners both in Italy and abroad for many years. She collaborates with Best Western Italia, Sesef, Mediacom and other leading Italian companies as a lecturer.
In 2011 she published "Matrimonio no stress — a practical guide to arriving relaxed on your wedding day" (Ed. Caosfera), a book dedicated to wedding organisation.

From "Matrimonio no stress" to "Loving Italy"
The company's motto has always been "Matrimonio no stress" because the desires, time and peace of mind of every client are our absolute priority.
We manage the organisation with creativity, professionalism and reliability from the very first meeting right through to the honeymoon. We work only with selected, trusted operators who share our values.
In autumn 2016 we launched the new brand "Loving...Italy", developing a range of themed and fully customisable wedding proposals designed for clients who choose Italy as their destination.
